Yes, yes... we are listening to you and reviewing all of your suggestions and complaints. We have implemented some modifications which we outline below
Modifications undertaken with regard to Karma.
If you abandon a match (depending on the game) the following may occur:
- You lose the match
- You lose the Karma. If you loose Karma, previously you lost about 5 points, with the new modification you will now loose about 30 points.
What will this modification mean to you? It will be much more difficult for the person who abandons the match to recover the Karma.
Important: We remind you that you can initiate matches with a minimum of Karma.
What does this mean? In your matches you can choose to only play with users of our with Angel Karma and very honest Karma to avoid those users which abandon frequently (with a very low Karma).

jefdav he said 18 September 2010 : Hi guys sorry to bother but was going on with this game is the second time already that more than 200points have been taken away from me for no reason, all the points i made were for nothing because at the end my score was the same again. When it happen i had already played more than 7 games from the time i started and i lost only 1 game against somebody with only one level down... so why did i lost so many points? the worst part is am i getting my points back or something because the first time it happen i wrote and no one answer or did anything about it... and it gave me the impresion that neither you guys all are to busy to actually help ppl with their problems or no ones actually cares, I dont know what you guys think about it but to me is important because we are playing and trying to do better and when this type of things happen it send us back to the tail and our time is wasted.
